Training
Full training on the use of any of our systems is always included in the purchase price. Our training packages are staged into bite sized sessions to give your staff time to get accustomed to individual elements of our systems.
Introductory – this is basic training given at the time of installation (eg this shows the basics of the system)
Intermediate – typically, this next stage of training is given 2-3 months following installation (eg introduction to stock control)
Advanced – provided around 6 months following installation (eg how to use the reporting systems available)
Training is normally provided in half day blocks by one of our team of dedicated national trainers and crucially, is delivered to your staff at your premises making it as convenient as possible.
Additional Training
From time to time, our clients request additional or bespoke training to be delivered. It is common for multiples to request that their staff are trained in certain ways of working to fit in with their work ethics. We can tailor make additional training to suit you, and all delivered to your staff at your premises.
