StockPoint Live
Live stock control is a competitive tool which can bring enormous benefits. However many pharmacists simply don’t have the time to get the system started.
StockPoint Live can be considered at around 3 months following installation. This service counts all the OTC and PMR lines on the shop floor and stockrooms. Once the stock is counted, our Analyst system will provide essential information on the value of the stock, identification of dead stock, overstocked products, shrinkage and much more.
Other advantages include the deactivation of unused items which streamlines the system. We will also give advice and training on setting up promotions and discounts to liquidate any dead or overstocked items. Fast or slow sellers can be easily identified. Pharmacy staff are trained on rolling stock counts, allowing for easy maintenance of stock levels.
For a typical community pharmacy with around 2,000 OTC product lines, StockPoint Live will be completed in one day. Once a stock take is completed, Analyst produces reports showing live snapshots of the value of stock, dead stock and overstocked lines, all at the touch of a button.
