As part of a strict clinical governance regime, fridge temperatures have to be monitored and recorded several times a day which can be very time consuming.
The StockGuard temperature probe automatically records and electronically logs the fridge temperature every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day saving you time, and potentially a great deal of money! Running on any Windows XP Pro based PC, StockGuard will show the results graphically for easy review and audit.
In the event of a problem with the temperature fluctuating by as little as 0.5ºC above or below the normal range, a warning box will pop up on your pharmacy computer system monitor, combined with an audible alarm, to check the fridge. Out of hours, StockGuard will even alert you via text message to warn you of a fluctuation in temperature!
One PC can run up to four StockGuard probes at any one time. In pharmacies, StockGuard can also be used to monitor ambient dispensary temperatures ensuring that expensive pharmaceutical products are kept below 25ºC.
